Our program provides you the teaching, training and equipping that you need to regain and maintain health and overall personal well-being. You will participate in fitness programs focused on Cardio vascular exercise, endurance training, muscles strengthening and toning, flexibility and body sculping. You will learn the art of breathing and learn the "7 Pillars of Health". Too, you will drink freshly prepared vegetable and fruit juices, dine on Raw whole foods and experience Thai culture and its pristine environment nestled along the Andaman Sea. You will be given homework daily to keep you fully informed as to why you are doing what you are doing. You will have massages on the beach, guided counseling session and more.
