Meditation has certain processes and disciplines; yoga is process which is in general adopted to make mind and body run in a proper way. This Vedic process has many terms and requirements which becomes an impossible task in our daily busy life thus the 200 hours of yoga training is introduced in India. This process is comprised of lectures related to yoga, different kinds of ashanas such as hatha, ashtanga etc, yogic matra chanting, and healthy food according to the yogic diet, ayurveda massage and a lot more. The process starts from 5:30am and will end by 10 pm which will include two halves. The first half will have the ashanas such as Standing up and Managing Asana Sequence, Backwards Translation Series, Ahead Bending Collection and the second half will be of Standing up and Managing Asana Sequence, Backwards Translation Series, Ahead Bending Collection etc whereas the other will include ashanas like Vajrasana collection, Standing sequence, Managing series, Backwards Bending series, Onward Bending sequence etc.
