200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course which is a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinayasa at Ek Omkar Yoga is very first level of Yoga Teacher Training Course. This YTTC at Ek Omkar Yoga and Meditation center is intended for people who wants to explore themselves as Yoga Teachers and dream of becoming a certified Yoga teacher. This course will help them deepen their knowledge about Yoga. After this course students will head into the world with confidence. This course is registered with Yoga Alliance US.
Every day Yoga sessions will include Meditation, Pranayam, Hatha/Ashtanga primary series, Philosophy, Alignment, Asana/Posture theory, Yoga nidra, Asana practice. The main aim of this Yoga course is to pratice injury free Yoga. Every batch of students include 15-18 students so that our Yoga teacher can easily concentrate on every individual. Yoga teachers at Ek Omkar Yoga are highly experienced and have vast knowledge of Yoga, Meditation techniques.
During the course vegetarian meal is served to the students. Ek Omkar Yoga school is located at the Arambol beach. Here trainees will feel a great energy and have a peaceful environment where they can completely concentrate on Yoga practice.
