Every 2nd Tuesday, 100% Healthy Pregnancy invites mothers, fathers, and anyone in your personal birth support to meet with holistic birth professionals.
Each month Dr. Samantha March-Howard and other birth professionals (midwives, doulas, birth artists/photographers, placenta encapsulators, pre-natal yogis, et cetera) will answer your burning questions about birthing, pregnancy, and your holistic options and avenues to explore.
Topics to expect: nutrition, chiropractic care before/during/after pregnancy, creating the birth you want, benefits of essential oils/meditation/relaxation techniques, breastfeeding, et cetera... Come prepped with your questions and let your bellies rest! It's time to have fun with this journey and know you're not alone.
